          I enter writing contests, I contribute content to publications and websites and enjoy spending time developing my ideas into essays and stories. When I was a journalist, I, and the reporting teams I worked with, won a few SC Press Association awards for our stories and such ... It was a grand experience. But we can't live in the past forever!
